We loved the hotel's convenient location near a mall and fast food chains. The lobby smelled amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow a steam iron for free, which was a big help. The bed was also comfortable and newly made upon request.

The hot showers were lukewarm at best and the bidet was broken. This was really inconvenient and detracted from my overall experience.

Almost perfect.

It was great to be able to easily grab a quick meal or do some shopping without traveling far. the lobby smelled fantastic and the staff was courteous and helpful. I appreciated the ability to borrow a steam iron for free, which made getting ready for holiday events a breeze.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the bidet was not functioning properly, and this was an inconvenience.
